SKILLET LASAGNA approx: 6-8 Servings

1 LB Lean Ground Turkey; 2 TBSP Olive Oil; 2 medium Onions-chopped; 8 oz. Lasagna Noodles; 1 LB low fat Cottage Cheese; 1 LB part skim Mozzarella cheese-shredded; 28 oz. can Tomatoes-chopped(or 6-8 fresh tomatoes, chopped); 1 tsp garlic-minced (or garlic powder); 1 TBSP dried Basil

Skillet with lid; Spatula; sharp Knife; Cutting Board; Measuring Cups: Measuring Spoons; Cooking Spoon; Can Opener; 3 med. Bowls; 1 large Bowl

Chop onions and place in bowl. Place mozzarella cheese into a bowl. Measure spices and mix with tomatoes in a large bowl. Brown turkey and place in bowl. Drain excess fat. Cook onions in skillet. Return turkey to skillet. Spread uncooked noodles over meat. Put cottage cheese on top of noodles. Pour spices and tomatoes on top of cottage cheese. Do not stir. Put lid on skillet and cook over low heat for 30 minutes. Put mozzarella cheese on top, return lid to skillet. Turn off heat. Cheese will melt in about 5 minutes.
